The Project
An ordinary father. An impossible mission. A family worth fighting for. White Wolf / Lobo Blanco is a full-length independent action thriller about family, sacrifice, resilience, and the lengths one father will go to bring the people he loves home.
I’m Anthony Chango, an IT Director from New Jersey, a husband, and a father of four. I started with an original screenplay and a story I couldn’t let go of. Without a traditional film crew, cast, or production budget, I used AI-assisted visuals alongside hands-on writing, editing, sound, music, and creative direction to bring that story to the screen.
The full feature is now assembled, with the latest cut undergoing final quality-control checks as I prepare for festival submissions and our November screening. The work has moved from building individual scenes to making the entire film play as one story: tightening the pace, refining the picture and sound, and making every moment count.
Our trailer has won Best Trailer at the 2026 New York Istanbul Short Film Festival—our first festival award. Next, we’re bringing the film to Bernardsville Cinema 3 on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 7:30 PM Eastern for a private screening celebration. Why This Film Exists
White Wolf began with something deeply personal: the love I have for my family. Beneath the action is a simple question—what would an ordinary father do when the people who mean everything to him are taken away? That question carried this project from the first page of the screenplay to a full-length film.
AI-assisted filmmaking gave me a way to create the images, but the story still demanded the same work: writing characters worth caring about, shaping performances, building tension, editing with purpose, and finding the right sound and music. This film exists because I kept working at a story I believed in. Now I’m ready to share that journey—and the movie—with an audience.
